Diagnostics - Inspecting the Computer's Condition by checking the Hardware and the Software to determine what is causing problems and if they can be fixed.
Data Backup / Recovery - A back up of your computers data and transferred to a preferred device. This Data is your Documents, Music, Pictures, and Videos. Installed programs cannot be backed up only there saved data. In Recovery some data may not be retrievable depending on the Hard Drives Condition.
Tune-Up - A clean up of your computers junk files that take up space and alteration to your computers settings to allow the computer to operate faster.
Software Repair - The Installation and/or Removal of a program from your computer.
Hardware Installation - The Installation and/or Removal of the Computers Hardware. This can be a minor switch out of components or a major switch out which requires me to disassemble the whole computer.
Virus or Malware Removal - This is the Removal of Malicious software that infects your computer and either steals your information or just causes your system to not function correctly. Some Virus will cause too much damage and the system will not work when the virus is removed.
OS Damage - Damage done to the computer's operation system (which allows the computer to run properly) by Malware and Virus that cannot be fixed resulting in the reinstalling the operation system (Some or all Data may not be recoverable).
